Financial Advisory – Senior Associate

Our client is an international consulting firm seeking to hire Senior level professionals in their Financial Advisory practice at a number of their locations across the country. The Senior Associate level position will work with their team alongside their clients as they navigate change, due to transaction activity or growth objectives and will assist with projects including such as IPO Readiness & Execution, Debt Offerings, Budgeting and Forecasting, System Implementation, Process Improvement, Project Management, Carve-out Financial Statements, Complex Accounting Matters, SEC Financial Reporting, IFRS Accounting and Conversions, Business Combinations and Integration, Management Reporting (FP&A), Restatements, Internal Control Remediation, Transition Executive Management, SOX Readiness etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field of study
- Minimum 3 years of relevant consulting, public accounting, and/or industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to assimilate onto and assist in leading teams easily
- Strong technical and analytical skills as well as a working knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS
- CPA designation preferred
