Financial Advisory – Director
Overview:
Our client is an international consulting firm seeking to hire Manager level professionals in their Financial Advisory practice at a number of their locations across the country. The Manager level position will work alongside clients as they navigate change, due to transaction activity or growth objectives and will assist with projects including such as IPO Readiness & Execution, Debt Offerings, Budgeting and Forecasting, System Implementation, Process Improvement, Project Management, Carve-out Financial Statements, Complex Accounting Matters, SEC Financial Reporting, IFRS Accounting and Conversions, Business Combinations and Integration, Management Reporting (FP&A), Restatements, Internal Control Remediation, Transition Executive Management, SOX Readiness etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field of study
- Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting, public accounting, and/or industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to assimilate onto and lead teams easily
- Advanced technical and analytical skills as well as a strong working knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS
- Ability to play an significant role in the firm’s recruiting efforts, client relationship building, and business development
- CPA designation required
